WHAT IS COOL SPOONS REWARDS?
Cool Spoons Rewards is a customer loyalty program where every complete purchase counts towards the goal of earning a free treat. It's pretty much exactly like those coffee shop "punch cards", except ours is digital. No flimsy paper cards to keep track of here. Basicaly,

How does it work?
All you need to join our rewards program is a valid phone number. We aren't going to make you remember another password, carry another card, or download another app.
Keep buying your favorite treats just like normal. When you checkout, we'll ask for your phone number so that we can keep track of how many purchases you've made.
After 8 valid purchases you'll earn a $3 off your next purchase.

Joining is quick and easy, no matter how you want to do it.
To join in store, all you need to do is talk to the cashier. You'll need to provide them with your full name and phone number (email address too if you want to hear from us), then that's it! You can start earning visits towards a reward.
To join online, click or tap on MY REWARDS from the menu and sign-in with your phone number. You'll be texted a short code to prove that yours phone number. Afterwards we'll collect your full name and phone number (email address too if you want to hear from us), then that's it! You can start earning visits towards a reward.
We'll try to clear them up for you below. If you're still confused, click or tap the chat bubble at the bottom right to talk to us about it.
How do I earn visits towards a reward?
We'll handle all the hard work, all you have to do is tell the cashier your phone number when we ask if you are a rewards member. If you are making your purchase online, your purchase is automatically counted towards your reward when you enter your phone number at the checkout.
How do I know when I've earned a reward?
Click or tap on MY REWARDS in the menu to view the status of your rewards. You can easily log in by entering your phone number and a short text verification code. If you prefer to shop in person you don't need to check, we'll let you know if you've earned a reward at the register.
How do I claim a reward?
Our cashier will let you know when you're eligible to claim a reward. All you have to do is accept the offer. It's that easy and works the same way whether you pay in person or online, just let us know your phone number before paying.
Do my rewards expire?
No, and you don't have to claim a reward to keep earning towards your next either! Every 8 visits on your account earn you one redeemable reward, so if you have 16 visits on your account that is redeemable for two rewards. You can check how many visits you've accrued either online at the MY REWARDS tab or by asking the cashier when you visit us.
I'd like to receive promotional emails from Cool Spoons, but I didn't share my email address when I joined.
If you'd like to share your email address with us for communications related to our loyalty program, you can. Click or tap on MY REWARDS in the menu, log into your account, and select "Manage Account." There you'll find a form where you can easily share your email address with us.
I no longer want to receive emails from the Cool Spoons Rewards Program.
Click or tap on MY REWARDS in the menu, log into your account, select "Manage Account," then select "Unlink Email." If you ever change your mind, you can share your email address with us again from the same web page.
I need to change the email address associated with my rewards account.
Click or tap on MY REWARDS in the menu, log into your account, select "Manage Account," then select "Unlink Email." Select "Manage Account" again, then enter your new email address and select "Link Email."
I need to change the phone number associated with my rewards account.
To change the phone number associated with your rewards account, you'll need to contact us either in person or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange/transfer/cash in my rewards?
Our rewards program acts as a kind of "digital punch card" that we "stamp" with every visit. Rewards visits have no monetary value and cannot be transfer to another account.
